What does your readiness result mean?
The assessment adds seven self-reported answers into a descriptive maturity band. It does not test the quality of a policy, the security of a tool or whether a team follows its documented process. A high score should start a deeper discussion rather than end one.
Use the suggested next steps to identify a concrete gap, assign an owner and agree what evidence would demonstrate progress. For example, knowing which tools are used is different from knowing whether those tools are approved for the data people enter.
