Publication standard

What counts as useful case-study evidence?

A useful case study states the starting problem, the agreed scope and what was actually implemented. It explains how outputs were reviewed, what changed and how any outcome was measured. It should also describe important limits so the reader can judge whether the example applies to their own organization.

Client names, quotes and identifiable details require permission. Numerical outcomes need a baseline, measurement period and method. Until those materials are available, this page remains a transparent framework rather than an invented success story.
